Shipping

A customized shipping quote will be displayed during the checkout process and is based on the item(s) you have chosen to purchase. All orders are shipped within three business days. If you have a more immediate need, just contact us via email and we will try to accommodate you.

Cancellations

Any order (except special or custom orders) can be canceled before it is shipped. To cancel an order, please email customerservice@mmorganglass.com. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. Your refund will be issued in two business days, though it may take 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account.

Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, however custom pieces cannot be returned. Repack your order. Make sure the item(s) are securely packaged; use the original packaging. You are responsible for any damage due to improper packaging. Send the item back to our company. You are responsible for return shipping charges. The refund will be for the purchase price of the item(s) minus a 15% re-stocking fee. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order after the item is received by our company.

What if my item is received broken?

In such an event, please contact customer service at customerservice@mmorganglass.com within 48 hours of receipt of the item and report the nature of the damage. Please preserve all packing materials and ship back to us via UPS within 5 days of reporting the damage. We will credit back your original form of payment for the purchase price and shipping charges.

Original Artwork

Hand blown glass is original artwork and no two pieces are the same. The colors illustrated on the internet may have slight deviations due to the nature of light sensitivity of blown glass. Please contact customerservice@mmorganglass.com if we can be of any assistance!
